We sourced this repossessed five bedroom house in a heart of Swiss Cottage on behalf of our client and were very grateful to be trusted to handle the whole renovation process from the scratch and then manage a property.
After the property has gone through a stunning restoration and a detailed refurbishment we managed to make two four bedroom luxurious apartments with high ceilings, stunning interior design throughout and charming original features.
Both flats comprise a spacious and beautifully designed master suite and a further three bedrooms, two reception rooms, three further bathrooms and a kitchen diner. Both properties further feature a private residents parking, garage, balcony and a study.
