This sophisticated high-ceilinged two bedroom apartment located in one of the most famous historical buildings of Moscow – Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building, situated in an iconic part of Moscow – Kotelnicheskaya Nabereznaya is the epitome of luxury living.
It is one of seven Stalinist skyscrapers laid down in September 1947 and completed in 1952 by Dmitriy Chechulin and Andrei Rostovsky.
The building incorporates a 9-story apartment block facing Moscow river.
Back to the property, we managed to make a large corridor, an open – plan living area that feels welcoming and comfortable whilst remaining an elegant space, two spacious double bedrooms both with balconies designed to have a peaceful sleep as the chosen colours are subtle and chic. We made plenty of storage space in the built in cupboard and chest of drawers. The best part of those rooms is the enormous window that covers almost the entirety of the wall! Open up the door onto the wonderful private patios, the best place in the world for a morning coffee!
It has a lovely kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom renovated to the highest standard with jacuzzi, beautiful tiles and soothing atmosphere. Most importantly we kept the same style of this apartment to match this famous building by carefully renovating and keeping the same features of the columns, ceilings and skirting, putting classic and antique furniture, Italian kitchen, brown oak wooden flooring and doors. Lastly, all the rooms of this astonishing flat have an air – conditioning system installed by us.
