We are proud to present another great project. This time our task was to find a family home that would be in need of lots of work and our client’s budget was quite small. We started our search and found a large house in Maida Vale, W9 but when contacted the Council for more details we were told that it would need to be demolished and rebuilt again.
At first we suggested to make two two/three bedroom flats as the size of the land would have allowed it and have it as an investment opportunity but they were determined they wanted it as their main residence and our clients’ wish is our priority, therefore, we helped them with the whole process inclusive of choosing the right architect, surveyor and preparing a planning permission. Our contractors built a spacious five bedroom house with four en- suits, two bathrooms, large kitchen with an open – plan dining area, a separate sitting room and managed to keep a good size garden.
The main goal was to create a place for our clients to feel like “home” and hopefully we lived up to their expectations.
