Our new project. The initial request to D&A Group Properties from our client was to help him find a property in a good and safe location that he can stay when visits London and if possible that is a project where he could have possibly enhance its value. Therefore, we managed to source a beautiful 4 bedroom house in a heart of Maida Vale in a very secure location. Then we advised him to covert it into two flats to have a place to stay when visits and also rent out another one as an extra income. In the end, we have one bedroom flat where he is currently staying and three bedroom apartment that we have just put up on a market for rent. Here is the video if interested.
